I currently see clients in Crescent City where I have a private studio in my home. Starting in March I will also be seeing clients in Arcata at The Arcata Healing Arts Center. There I will be focusing on Ayurvedic services.

I received my training in professional massage and bodywork from The McKinnon Institute in Oakland, CA in 1992. I have continued with massage education in the areas of Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Acupressure, Cranio Sacral, Ayurveda, Reiki, and many other modalaties.

I received my training in Ayurveda from The Northwest Institute of Ayurveda in Arcata, CA. My studies started in 2013. I have received certificates in:

Professionals in Portland, OR in 2015.

My passion is health and wellness, and helping others achieve this through healing, restorative bodywork and lifestyle education.
